Our Student-Athlete Custom Coaching experience is designed for athletes looking to take their sports performance to the next level. We craft individualized training programs tailored to your performance goals and health history. Not only will we design a training program specifically for you but you will also have a professional Strength & Conditioning coach by your side every step of the way. Let us take the guesswork out of your athletic preparation. Instead, we’ll help you stay on the field or court so your skills do the talking!

How Student-Athlete Custom Coaching Works

  • New athletes sign up for a 1-on-1 Assessment.

  • Next, athletes choose their pack size & training frequency:

    • We offer packs of 8, 16, 24, or 36 total sessions

    • Athletes can choose to train 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week

    • Therefore, if an athlete chooses an 8-pack, they can train 1x per week for 2 months OR 2x per week for 1 month

  • Once an athlete has chosen a pack size and training frequency, their strength & conditioning coach will design a sport-specific and individualized program based on goals, injury history, and assessment findings
