Mike Postic is a registered Physiotherapist. He is registered to practice in the province of Ontario by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He completed an undergraduate degree in kinesiology at McMaster University in 2003 and worked as a kinesiologist in a private physiotherapy clinic in Mississauga for one and a half years. As a kinesiologist, Mike gained valuable experience in creating rehabilitation programs and tailoring them to meet the individual client’s specific needs and goals. In 2004, Mike returned to school and completed his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2006. He has since worked in various outpatient orthopaedic physiotherapy settings in Mississauga and Brampton. Mike has had valuable experience as a clinical director running a physiotherapy clinic in a multidisciplinary setting in Mississauga prior to taking on this current endeavour. Mike has been trained in acupuncture and fitting orthotics. In 2016, Mike returned to school to gain a Masters Degree in Advanced Manual Therapy from The University of Western and is a registered clinician with the Fellow of Canadian Academy of Manual Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Mike provides regular mentorship for staff and physiotherapy students from the University of Toronto. Mike has always been involved in sports and has a vested interest in the area of sports rehabilitation and training. Mike has worked intimately with local basketball and soccer clubs. Mike also provides baseline concussion testing for local sports clubs.
Ryan is a registered physiotherapist. He is registered to practice in the province of Ontario by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at York University in 2010 after which he completed a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2013. Ryan has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and has experience working with athletes, post-surgical clients, children and seniors. He is dedicated to continuing his education and has taken courses in manual therapy and soft tissue release. He strongly believes in educating and providing his clients with the necessary tools to help them achieve their goals.
Audrey Leslie is a Registered Acupuncturist and Nutritionist, who holds diplomas in Applied Holistic Nutrition, Clinical Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Audrey is in excellent standing with both the CTCMPAO (2013) and IONC (2003). She has worked in the complementary healthcare field for over 16 years, helping to empower people with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their health. Acupuncture became Audrey’s passion after having amazing results with her own issues with pain and immobility. Treatments with Audrey typically include various types of acupuncture such as Balance Method/Tung style, auricular (ear), electroacupuncture, and/or cupping. Painful conditions are addressed and each treatment is tailored to the individual, helping to correct overall imbalances which help to contribute to the client’s success. She works closely with the other team members to ensure the patient’s care has symmetry and is empathetic. She strives to continually improve her acupuncture skills and knowledge by taking additional training which includes the Global Balance Method and acupuncture for Sports Injuries.
Michael is a registered physiotherapist. He is registered to practice in the province of Ontario by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Michael completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at York University and worked as a kinesiologist at a sports physiotherapy clinic. Michael went back to school and graduated with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2018. Michael is passionate about sports and fitness, having competed in various sports including basketball, weightlifting, Taekwondo, and cross country. He firmly believes in a balanced treatment approach including manual therapy and exercise to help people achieve their goals and participate in their daily activities. Michael aims to empower clients with the knowledge and tools needed to prevent any future injury.
Nick Turco- Registered Massage Therapist
Nick is a registered massage therapist through College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapist of Ontario. Nick completed a diploma in Fitness and Health promotion in 2010 and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2014. With a background in sports and fitness training he uses his knowledge and experience to implement an effective treatment plan. Nick believes that Massage Therapy and patient education are Paramount in reaching patient goals.
Vaidehi graduated in 2018 from the University of Waterloo with a BSC. (Hon) in Kinesiology, double minoring in Rehabilitation Sciences and Medical Physiology with a Specialization in Pre-Health. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2020 with a MSc. in Physiotherapy and is pursuing her aspiration of working in an Orthopaedic clinical setting.
Vaidehi’s treatment philosophy revolves around using an active and hands-on approach that combines patient education, manual therapy and a home exercise program to get patients back to their functional activities. She treated a wide range of populations in a variety of settings including individuals suffering from low back pain, arthritis, post-operative surgeries, rotator cuff injuries, and neurological conditions including spinal cord injuries, stroke, MS, and Parkinson’s Disease. In addition, she took a course in Upper extremity rehabilitation and has gained exposure to the McKenzie approach and Mulligan concept. She is a strong believer of continuing education and is in the process of pursuing her manual therapy levels from the Orthopaedic Division of Manual Therapy.
Marco is a registered physiotherapist. He is registered to practice in the province of Ontario by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. In 2014, Marco graduated from York University with a major in Kinesiology and minor in Biology. During his time at York, he developed a great interest in the human body, including the body’s functions and its ability to repair itself. Through several injuries of his own, Marco experienced first-hand the positive impact that physiotherapy can have on individuals. Given these experiences, Marco pursued a Masters in Physical Therapy at Queens University, where he graduated in 2018. Marco has had experience working as a kinesiologist and fitness consultant where he implemented individualized exercise programs for his clients. He incorporates this knowledge with specific biomechanical corrections, soft tissue and joint mobility techniques in order to optimize patient recovery. He is trained in acupuncture and has a special interest in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Marco enjoys working together with each client and intently focusing on building a treatment program that meets their respective needs.
